Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All Items must be in there original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging. If the item(s) aren't in their original packaging, damaged or used there will be a 15% restocking fee.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us at 407-603-6072 or email us at info@barbertoolz.com within 12-24 hours of ordering. If you ordered at 12AM and emailed us at 3PM your order will have been shipped. At this point the customer will have to ship back the item at their expense. We will not provide a return shipping label. When emailing us, all information must be made clear. Your email should include the following: Full Name, Order Number and Phone Number used at the time of ordering. In addition, the refund will only include the cost of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Rest assured, orders are verified and confirmed by at least 2 individuals before shipped. Therefore, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (when applicable):
- Items not in its original condition, product that is damaged or missing parts for reasons
- Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery
Credit for Return (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refurbished items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, refurbished items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
